Frequently Asked Questions
How does the booking process work
The first step is to make a booking request via our booking form. Once the submission has been made, we will determine the availability of your selection and get back to you via email within 24 hours. We will issue a proforma invoice based on your rental request. Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
When will I receive my photos and videos
Photos and videos are uploaded to our cloud every Wednesday. Once the uploads are complete, you will receive a download link to the album via email. Your content will not be shared publicly. You will have 3 months to download your photos and videos before they are removed from our cloud.
What if I need to change my booking
Should you need to change any information regarding your booking, such as the date, time, or venue, kindly contact us via email or WhatsApp. We will do our best to accommodate the changes but unfortunately we cannot make any guarantees.
Do you charge for delivery
We offer complimentary delivery to any venue within a 15km radius of our premises (33A Worraker Street, Newton Park). If your venue is outside of the radius, we will include a delivery fee based on AA Vehicle Running Costs.
How long before I receive my quote
We aim to respond to all booking requests within 48 hours. If you have not received any correspondence after 48 hours, kindly contact us via email at info@amusephotobooths.co.za or WhatsApp at 061 504 5311.
How do I know my booking has been approved
Upon receiving your quote, you have 48 hours to process payment before the machine is made available for rental again. Once we confirm receipt of payment, your booking will be confirmed.
