Booking Procedure
 

Upon submitting the booking form, availability of your chosen machine will be determined. If your chosen machine is unavailable, you will receive an email with alternative options. Once confirmed, a proforma invoice with payment instructions will be sent via email (remember to check your spam folder).

 

Verify the invoice details and make payment within 48 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the machine will be made available to other customers.​ Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment. Do not make payment after the 48-hour period without confirming the machine's availability again. No bookings will be finalized without full payment prior to the event.

Booking Changes

​

Amuse Photo Booths reserves the right to change your machine if it is damaged from a previous event. For changes to booking details, such as the date, time, or venue, contact us via email at info@amusephotobooths.co.za or WhatsApp at 061 504 5311 as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability. Changes requested within 7 days of the event may not be accommodated. If changes cannot be made, a rental voucher valid for 12 months will be issued. All bookings are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
